This year I've been busy!

i have befriended a hawaiian cat. he is exactly like other cats, but sandy. and he is grey and likes beef jerkey. and he likes good music too. i cant take him inside because i think he has fleas, and im allergic to cats. this is the first cat ive ever met who is cool and doesnt make my allergies bad, but that could be because i was outside. tomorrow i think we're going to go pick up some girls or something, im not sure, i need to ask him. he's never been drunk, so i think im gonna slip some rum into his milk. just a little bit. im going to name him dino or stalin or somolia (because hes skinny). stalin the cat sounds cool.

so chris hall made fun of me because i wasnt a fan of stabbing westward because i was like 6 then. by the time they disbanded, i was just getting out of pokemon. haha not my fault.

SOOOOO...the story of my saturday...the dreaming show.

i call brent ashley nice and early as i wake from my sleep. he has not even left LA yet, problems with the trailer. i head out to the sisters softball game, come back, and call him again. they cant give me a ride there, so i have to drive. i leave and look for them on the freeway. get to the pound, kick it outside.

yay, brent ashley has arrived with the trailer! i follow him in behind the gate. ooh. good parking spot. get out, meet the band. they seem cool. i then get to carry things inside. i help get everything onstage. brent can tell im feeling a bit awkward because hes the only one i know, i kinda stand there and chill during soundcheck. the nazi asshole who works there informs us our cars will be locked in the gate until everything has been settled after the show, potentially very late. i move my car outside. when i come back in, we decide to get somethin to eat.

i ride in chris hall's car, brent got bitched and rides in the back. well not really bitched, he was being nice and rode back there. he calls his bro and we go to some mexican place. diego gets lost behind us a lot. its cold as shit, and we go to some italian place instead.

they inform me that brent likes to get some action after his shows...haha, i'm glad i have a curfew so i'll be out of there. damn you hilly for not coming! so i sit at a table with diego, his wife laura, and b. diego is really cool. laura is nice too. we talk about underage drinking, concert tickets, and tattoos. brent and laura give me some beer. yay! the food is good. mr. hall pays for my food, only if i promise to help set up during the show. (HAHA chris, thats why i came early and stuff)!

we get back to the venue. me and b piss on some dudes truck. we then go inside the venue, johnny takes my camera in, and tells me im gonna help him carry up the drums. i walk around, buy a shirt from tam, chris' gf, and meet brent's brothers gf. the band onstage informs us that apparently the dreaming is playing next. we run to the trailer and empty it out. i help get the set up on there, move some box, and help diego get the guitars up there. i have a perfect spot on the side of the stage to take pics and help out with anything. i took lots of pics, some cool ones.

after the show, i take some pics with the band. chris makes fun of me for the SW thing, then i say goodbye to everyone and head home. i hope i get to do this again, cuz it was most definately fun.
